No, this classical Chinese text is so, so long, but I feel the text isn’t very difficult, or maybe I’m just too unskilled to understand it. 10 points for rote memorization… I’ve always felt that the Gaokao shouldn’t test ‘Chen Qing Biao’. Is teaching students to be opportunistic really a good thing? But this pursuit of official advancement, without valuing integrity… or rather, is this kind of memorization work really useful?
