但是好像没说明那个是地方时，区时的话陕西和北京在同一个经度，区时都是六点不能确定陕西到底地方时到没到6点，日没日落不好说，而且中国警察疑似在外国没有执法权，D管他在韩国还是朝鲜都不怎么合理，A应该也还行（）
