Top students don’t just run; they also set up reward cabinets and reward blackboards, and they even parade in the classroom with their hands raised high.

A couple of days ago, I was still wondering about him transferring here… It really feels like too much of a coincidence.
He and I were junior high classmates, and back then, he was famous throughout the whole school, having done many outrageous things.
We all called him “Big Brother” back then. Of course, our school had quite a few “characters,” and there were also titles like “Second Brother,” “Four Heavenly Kings,” and so on.
That unruly spirit from Shiyi Experimental finally blew to Peking University High School.

晚自习取消,回至家中,临时更新。

看着台式机桌面上的313天03时31分50秒,“北大等我”,一时间有些沉默。

经过这一周多的学习,感觉自己的基础简直是漏洞百出。语文统练班级倒数,数学的补充练习有时直接让我没头绪,历史统练错6道选择。。。颇有一种百废待兴的感觉。实话实说,就我现在这个状态,别说清北,能否上一个稍微像点样的985都难说。好在自信心还没有失去,我知道自己有那个能力,但相较于他人来说我需要做的要多一些。

正在听Porter Robinson的Musician,“I burn up, burn out, I shouldn’t do this to myself.” 感觉自己现在就是这个状态, 经过期中期末分班考的消耗,这两周实在是卷不动了。思铭说过,不要过早给自己打鸡血,很多人都会在这两周打鸡血,疯狂内卷,秋季学期开学就原形毕露了。我不给自己打鸡血,并不是有意避开这个误区,而是我的身体已经无法支持自己这么做了。

再有就是今天的数学讲座。里面有些地方我觉得说的还是不错的。夯实基础确实是重中之重,做题经验技巧就好比是剑,但剑需要手臂发力才能发挥威能,夯实基础就是不断地锻炼手臂,让挥剑更有力道。回想自己高二下数学零轮,感觉每次都是拿着五三讲解册没看五分钟就去写题了,练了一个学期的解析导数,分班考还是一道没做出来。

以及有关于大脑状态的部分。我的理解和他那个还是有所不同的,面对有挑战性的题,光强迫自己的大脑打破惯性思维,“think outside the box”是不会有什么效果的。重要的其实是心流,进入心流,一切都会显得得心应手。心流状态是很有门道的,它不是一个所谓的开关而是一个cycle,没有人能够长时间保持在心流状态之中,能做的就是加快循环,多触发多体会多利用心流。触发的好方法:冷水洗脸、放空大脑,以及清晨起床就开始学习,亲测有用。扯远了,但这大概就是我的体会。

现场震耳欲聋的声音(不用我多说了,耳膜最后几分钟都要被震破了)一休哥(我小时候甚至还看过)最难绷的是有十几秒黑屏,那个哥们一直捣那个米团,发出很奇怪的声音:joy:

保持学习状态这个点也有争议。经历了半年的连续学习,多次大考,身体已经被榨干了,每天做6个小时作业根本就不是保持状态,而是彻底榨干。更何况开学后又是一个更长更累的学期。暑假作业,见仁见智,我觉得还是要个性化,针对性地解决自己的问题。

只能说,每个人的心流都不尽相同,都需要一点一点探寻。
